Discover how CBT‑I turns sleepless nights into lasting relief.

Your clients come in exhausted, and "try better sleep hygiene" isn't fixing it. In a single morning, you will learn why CBT-I is the first-line treatment for chronic insomnia, how to recognize which clients are good candidates, and how to build sleep screening into the intake you already do. You will leave with a practical starting framework you can use with your very next client instead of referring sleep care out.

Getting Started with CBT-I is an introductory continuing education workshop for licensed mental health clinicians who encounter insomnia in their caseloads but have not been formally trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). The workshop introduces the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder, the evidence base for CBT-I as a first-line treatment, and its core clinical components. Participants learn to use the RU-SATED sleep health model as an assessment framework, determine which clients are appropriate CBT-I candidates, recognize when to refer, and take first steps toward integrating sleep screening into their existing intake practice.
